1. Where is my UPS/USPS tracking number?

Tracking numbers are usually updated each evening after UPS/USPS scans are completed. To view your tracking number, please login to your account and click on Review Orders / Track Packages. If you have any questions concerning your order, please contact us at info@japanvideogames.com or give us a call at 626-281-6188, please have your order number available.

3. How do I contact USPS?

Usps can be contacted by phone at: 1-800-222-1811 or you may visit their website at www.usps.com

4. My USPS/UPS tracking number shows that the package has been accepted by UPS/USPS, but has not been delivered, is there anything I can do?

Usually, USPS/UPS tracking numbers are updated as soon as the packages are scanned at certain hubs. In a few rare instances, UPS/USPS will miss a scan, resulting in simply "billing formation received." In these cases, it's fully recommended that the customer wait up to 4-5 business days from the time the order was shipped before contacting customer service. In the rare case that the wait becomes longer than 5 business days, please contact us so taht we may resolve the issue immediately.

5. I didn't receive my full order, what do I do?

Please login to your account to check if any items are backordered, in those cases, we will separate your order into as many shipments as it takes at no additional cost to you.

6. Does japanvideogames.com deliver to APO or FPO addresses?

No problem, japanvideogames.com delivers to any APO/FPO addresses. APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS. Transit times may be prolonged 1-2 business days, in rare cases, times may be prolonged to 2-4 weeks.

8. How about international duties & taxes?

Duties and taxes are imposed by the receiving country at select import rates. JVG serves only as the shipper and does not pay any of those fees.

9. Could japanvideogames.com declare less value in order to save on duties & taxes?

Our apologies, for insurance purposes, we would have to declare the full amount. In the event that the order is mis-delivered, we can claim back the full amount within 45 days via USPS or 7-14 business days via UPS.
